Ridgelinez, a strategy consulting firm, needed deeper visibility into customer behavior inside a leading arcade game center. Relying on POS coin-slot counts only showed plays per machine and left gaps in key metrics like average plays per customer, time spent at each machine, average transaction value per visit, and male vs. female spending and gaming habits.
Ridgelinez partnered with RetailNext to deploy Full Path Analytics (FPA), using the RetailNext API to combine FPA Tracks, traversal zone data and in‑house POS data to map each customer’s path, interactions and dwell times (with demographic signals from Aurora sensors). The integrated insights enabled layout and machine-optimization, targeted marketing and loyalty programs, improved customer service and more precise revenue-driving decisions.
