Hoff, a major omni-channel furniture and household retailer, partnered with Retail Rocket to address the challenge of long purchase decision times and website abandonment. Their goal was to capture potential customers' attention and guide them toward a purchase before they turned to a competitor.

Retail Rocket implemented a suite of automated, personalized triggered email campaigns. These included abandoned browse, abandoned cart, post-transaction, and next best offer emails, all personalized with user-specific product recommendations and location data. For abandoned carts, a three-email follow-up sequence was used to increase effectiveness. These automated campaigns generated 12% of all orders for Hoff's website, with the next best buy offer campaign achieving a nearly 7% conversion rate.
