The German casual clothing brand Tom Tailor sought to shorten its online customer journey, increase key website metrics, and implement real-time product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience for its audience of over 225 thousand monthly users. They partnered with Retail Rocket to address these challenges and utilize its personalized product recommendation service.

Retail Rocket implemented on-site recommendation widgets across the entire customer journey, including the home, category, product, and checkout pages. This solution, which included A/B testing and unique placements like the 404 page, resulted in 18% of all orders containing recommended items. The campaign achieved a conversion rate for the recommendations that was twice the site average and increased the average number of items per order by 25%, delivering significant additional monthly revenue.
