Lobbes.nl, a Dutch online toy and general merchandise store with a wide product range, faced the challenge of helping its many monthly visitors navigate its extensive catalog without getting lost or distracted. Retail Rocket implemented real-time personalized recommendation blocks on both the product and cart pages. Through rigorous A/B testing, the most effective scenario on the product page combined related and similar product blocks, leading to a 29.6% revenue increase, a 17.7% lift in conversion rate, and a 10.2% rise in average order value. On the cart page, recommendations from different categories boosted revenue by 5.4%.
