LacyWear’s Trigger-Based Emails Growth Hacking

LacyWear, an online fashion retailer, partnered with the vendor Retail Rocket to improve the performance of its email marketing campaigns. The primary challenge was to optimize trigger-based emails, particularly for cart and browse abandonment, in order to increase conversions and recover lost sales.

Retail Rocket implemented a series of A/B tests on LacyWear's email templates, experimenting with elements like call-to-action buttons, product layouts, motivational text, and send times. The results were significant, with individual tests leading to conversion rate increases of up to 35% for abandoned cart emails. Through its iterative Growth Hacking process, Retail Rocket helped LacyWear achieve substantial improvements across key email marketing KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, and overall conversion, leading to greater revenue.
