Retail Rocket implemented personalized product recommendation blocks on 15 key pages of the online store, creating a unique experience for each user based on their behavior and interests. They used A/B testing to optimize the strategy, leading to a significant measurable impact. The solution from Retail Rocket generated 16.2% of all orders on the site and led to a 12.3% increase in conversions on category pages. Furthermore, the conversion rate within the recommendation blocks was 13 times higher than the site average.
