William Penn, India’s premier multi‑brand retailer of fine writing instruments, faced rapid expansion that required consolidation of operations and a user‑friendly inventory management and Point of Sale system. In partnership with Retail Pro International, William Penn implemented Retail Pro 8 to centralize inventory, procurement, pricing and POS across its growing store network.

Retail Pro International, with implementation support from business partner Integrated Retail, deployed the Retail Pro suite to centralize inventory management, procurement, vendor analysis, distribution, pricing, POS and reporting, plus local 24/7 support. The solution helped William Penn more than triple its store count since 2005 (growing from 4 to 27), improved operational efficiency and productivity, and provided reliable reporting and control to support continued, controlled expansion.
