Retail Pro transforms the experience at the points of sale

Supertienda Morena, a family-owned El Salvador retailer with three large stores and an online channel, faced challenges managing inventory visibility, speeding up checkout at the point of sale, and gaining timely data to improve customer engagement. To address these issues they partnered with Retail Pro International and adopted Retail Pro 9 (with implementation support from business partner Grupo Ejje) to modernize their store operations.

Retail Pro International implemented Retail Pro 9 POS and retail management software across stores and online, giving Supertienda Morena total visibility of product movement, reducing stockouts, and enabling faster, more efficient pre-sale and checkout processes. As a result, customer experience and process efficiency improved measurably through better inventory availability and quicker transactions, and the retailer is now planning further Retail Pro-enabled initiatives—loyalty and mobile POS—to deepen engagement and drive continued growth.
