Retail Pro® Proves Invaluable for Visually Impaired Retailer

The Quilted Duck, a neighborhood gift shop in Nanaimo, BC run by owner Craig Feris, needed retail software that would be fully accessible to a visually impaired operator, easy for a long-time clerk to learn, and able to provide remote access while Feris traveled for his non-profit work.
