Philipp Plein goes omnichannel with the Retail Pro platform

Philipp Plein, the luxury fashion brand headquartered in Munich with 35 stores in 13 countries, needed an omnichannel retail solution to integrate data across partners and suppliers, support retail/wholesale/franchise and e-commerce channels, and automate core processes for scalable growth. To address these challenges they selected Retail Pro International, implementing the Retail Pro platform as the in-store POS alongside B2C e-commerce, an Omnichannel Business Intelligence module and an ERP, with deployment support from business partner Venistar.

Retail Pro International, working with Venistar and multiple systems partners, rolled out Retail Pro in 35 stores across 13 countries and integrated it with e-commerce, FAR BI and ERP/EDI systems to create a unified omnichannel platform. The implementation delivered measurable impact through the multi-country rollout and produced business benefits including increased productivity, reduced total cost of ownership and infrastructure management, streamlined integrated applications, and greater flexibility to deliver cross-channel experiences for customers and employees.
