Peacock Life Takes Flight with Retail Pro

Peacock Life, a Mumbai-based high-end furniture and lifestyle retailer with two physical stores and an existing online presence, needed to standardize and strengthen management processes as it prepared to expand into new digital markets and add eCommerce. To enable automated data sharing and consistent operations across channels, Peacock Life chose Retail Pro International’s Retail Pro Prism, with implementation support from business partner NavViti Consulting and Technologies.

The solution streamlined invoicing, POS and inventory transfers, improved control over orders across channels, and enabled more efficient online order fulfillment—helping Peacock Life operate more profitably and scale its business.
