Peacock Life, a Mumbai-based high-end furniture and lifestyle retailer with two physical stores and an existing online presence, needed to standardize and strengthen management processes as it prepared to expand into new digital markets and add eCommerce. Retail Pro International deployed Retail Pro Prism as a unified POS and retail management platform, giving Peacock Life unlimited user-defined item fields and consolidated visibility of available, sold, received, on-order and in-transit quantities across locations. The solution streamlined invoicing, POS and inventory transfers, improved control over orders across channels, and enabled more efficient online order fulfillment—helping Peacock Life operate more profitably and scale its business.
