LensEye Prepares for Retail Growth, Streamlines Operations with Retail Pro

LensEye, a Mumbai-based eyewear and eye care retailer, faced many manual administrative processes that limited its ability to scale while maintaining personalized in-store service. To streamline backend operations and support growth, LensEye implemented Retail Pro Prism from Retail Pro International.

Retail Pro International deployed Retail Pro Prism across LensEye’s six stores (with five more planned by March 2018), integrating inventory, replenishment, promotions, purchasing, transfers, customer and employee data and linking to accounting. The system created a 360° view of the business, delivered real-time updates for faster checkouts, simplified IT management, improved reporting, and eliminated time-consuming manual tasks—enabling LensEye to expand operations and pursue e-commerce and unified commerce initiatives.
