Kanmo Group, a Indonesia-based retailer founded in 2005 operating nearly 200 stores and leading the kids and baby segments with brands like Mothercare, ELC, Justice and others, sought to build a true omnichannel experience. Their goals were a unified, real-time view of inventory and multi-channel orders, stronger promotions capabilities, and the ability to identify customers shopping online and in-store. To achieve this they chose Retail Pro International’s Retail Pro Prism as the backbone of their omnichannel platform.
Retail Pro International worked with Kanmo Group and partner Genie Technologies (with Retail Pro Professional Services) to roll out Retail Pro Prism POS, integrate Capillary (OMS/CRM) and SmartOSC (ecommerce), and link warehouse, BI, HR and ERP systems into a single platform. The implementation delivered a unified view of customers and inventory, flexible promotions and in-store checkout workflows, and faster multi-channel order management — completed in an accelerated six to seven months versus the typical multi-year timeline — enabling Kanmo Group to operate more efficiently and deliver a seamless online-to-offline experience.
