How Earthbound Trading is unifying supply chain data and software for omnichannel with Retail Pro

Earthbound Trading Co, a Texas-based lifestyle retailer with 136 stores, faced fragmented supply-chain data, poor vendor communication and limited product information for customers. To modernize operations and support omnichannel growth, they turned to Retail Pro International, deploying Retail Pro POS and retail management software (upgrading through Retail Pro 8/9 and planning to adopt Retail Pro Prism) as the backbone of their tech strategy.

Working with Retail Pro International and partner RIS, Earthbound implemented Retail Pro’s replenishment, analytics and API-ready platform while building a vendor collaboration portal that feeds product and supply data into the system. The solution improved vendor communication and product visibility, enabled faster, data-driven replenishment and helped drive measurable results — most notably a 20% increase in business after adopting Retail Pro’s replenishment functionality — while positioning the company to deliver richer omnichannel product information via Retail Pro Prism.
