City Lights Collectibles, a San Diego-based specialty retailer, needed a true 360° view of inventory to unify high-volume e‑commerce and Amazon sales with busy in‑store transactions. Using Retail Pro International’s platform and RDi integrations, City Lights achieved near‑real‑time syncing (hourly polling), automatic Amazon-to‑Magento order transfers, automated shipping labels and in‑store fulfillment for click‑and‑collect within an hour. The integrated solution cut manual data entry, increased inventory turn and eliminated duplicate inventories across channels for a catalog of 15,000 SKUs; online now represents about 60% of order volume and roughly 50% of total sales, and same‑day shipment is enabled for orders placed by 4pm.
