Be Fit is a Salvadoran fitness-center chain founded in 2010 that has grown to five locations across El Salvador, Costa Rica and Honduras and is expanding regionally. Facing an ERP that could not automate business processes, Be Fit needed an integrated, easy-to-manage solution to support growth and provide real-time visibility and control. To address this, they partnered with Retail Pro International, deploying Retail Pro® at the POS alongside SAP Business One® for back-office management.

Retail Pro International implemented a standardized Retail Pro POS integrated with SAP Business One, including tailored check-in workflows and centralized data across sites. The integrated solution streamlined IT, reduced manual processes, and improved operational visibility and control—enabling Be Fit to successfully open new locations in Honduras and Costa Rica and prepare for expansion into Nicaragua—while providing the reporting and customer data needed to increase efficiency and service.
