AMX, a multi-store Australian retailer of motorsport apparel and accessories, sought to equip its expert staff with the right tools to deliver an outstanding customer experience and manage increasing business complexity as it expanded. To achieve this, the company selected the point-of-sale and retail management system from Retail Express.

Retail Express provided an easy-to-use and intuitive POS system for quick customer service and agile inventory management capabilities. The solution included automated replenishment and live, unified stock visibility across all 14 physical stores and the ecommerce channel. As a result, AMX successfully scaled from 3 to 14 stores, secured sales by transferring stock between locations, and optimized purchasing based on actual customer demand without overstocking.
