Bstore, an Australian footwear retailer with eight stores, faced significant operational complexity as it grew. Their legacy point-of-sale system could no longer handle their multi-store and ecommerce operations effectively, especially when they were forced to rebuild their online store after a disruptive update to Magento. They turned to the vendor Retail Express for a solution.

Retail Express provided an integrated solution by recommending and implementing a direct integration between their POS software and a new Shopify store via their native Shopify Connector. This allowed Bstore to leverage all store inventory online, display live stock levels, and launch omni-channel services like click and collect. The solution from Retail Express provided a more scalable, affordable, and powerful platform, enabling Bstore to seamlessly manage inventory and deliver an excellent customer experience across all channels.
