National Title Network - Customer Case Study

National Title Network (NTN) is a back-office title processor formed in 2009 that supports three sister companies and handles 1,700 VA refinance requests through its main office. Facing rapid growth and a need for flexible, customizable workflows beyond its legacy hosted system, NTN selected Resware by Adeptive software to provide a configurable, hosted title workflow and document-management solution.

Resware by Adeptive software implemented two Resware installations on an accelerated schedule, building customized workflows, Action Items, and role-based document views so tasks appear only to the users who need them. As a result, NTN rapidly onboarded staff as headcount more than tripled, absorbed additional workload without adding front-office hires, and reduced a three-person process to a single role—substantially increasing efficiency and scalability.
