Intex Group is a three‑generation New Zealand wholesaler of drywall tools and materials that launched an ambitious "Vision 2020" under GM Gerry Suckling to become #1 in the drywall market. With strategy support from RESULTS and Stephen Lynch, Intex codified its core purpose, pursued product and system certifications, and rolled out the RESULTS.com platform for transparent goals, weekly stand‑ups and meaningful KPIs for every hire. The changes led inspectors to accept alternative methods and products, helped Intex exceed its 2016 growth target by 23%, generated strong demand they “can’t keep up with,” and positioned the business for the aggressive growth in Vision 2020.
