WOK BOYZ needed greater transparency of business data and a way to scale into cloud kitchens during COVID-19, including seamless integration with multiple food aggregators. To meet those needs they implemented Restroworks’ POS platform—using its aggregator integration, recipe management and anti-theft capabilities—to get real-time reporting and centralized order handling.

Restroworks deployed an integrated dashboard for aggregator orders, live outlet-level reports, recipe management and an anti-theft module. As a result, order acceptance time for integrated aggregators was cut by more than half, total average sales rose 6% across outlets (online orders +17%), order preparation time fell 27%, void/modified bills dropped from 3–4 per day to zero, and management saved at least 2 hours per week on reporting.
