Taco Bell India, operating 88 outlets and 1,500+ terminals across Pan India, faced scaling challenges with legacy systems—NCR Aloha POS for billing and Fourth for stock—that were inflexible, slow to customize, and lacked real-time reporting, forcing extensive manual consolidation. To modernize operations and support rapid expansion, Taco Bell India partnered with Restroworks to deploy a unified restaurant management platform covering POS, inventory, CRM, reporting and integrations.
