THREE60 Energy, an offshore asset lifecycle specialist, needed to meet UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) regulatory requirements before becoming a Duty Holder Operator in 2021. Restrata was appointed to provide Emergency Response services — including 24/7 Control Room support, an Incident Management Team, media and HR response and the Restrata Platform incident management software — to ensure THREE60 Energy could satisfy those obligations.

Restrata delivered a tailored, scalable solution: drafting Incident and Crisis Management plans, running Duty Manager and OPEP training and familiarisation, conducting emergency response exercises, and providing continuous remote response via Restrata Platform. As a result, Restrata enabled THREE60 Energy to meet regulatory deadlines and achieve Duty Holder status on the UKCS in 2021, maintain operational focus while onboarding, and sustain effective remote response and improved efficiency throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
