Serica Energy, preparing for operations on the UK Continental Shelf, engaged Restrata to deliver comprehensive emergency response services, develop crisis management plans, and provide bespoke training and media support via Restrata’s Aberdeen Global Operations Command Centre (GOCC).

Restrata created all Emergency Response and Crisis Management plans, provided full emergency response services and GOCC-based crisis and media support, trained Emergency Response Duty Managers and Crisis Management Teams, established a Relative Response Team and family liaison training, and delivered tailored exercises including a major exercise for the oil spill regulator — actions that tested and validated Serica Energy’s onshore/offshore response capabilities, improved stakeholder communications and regulatory preparedness.
