PBS Offshore, an Aberdeen-based consortium led by Ponticelli, needed a robust 24/7 emergency response capability for a flagship UK operations and maintenance project. PBS Offshore appointed Restrata to provide outsourced 24/7 Emergency Response services, including tailored emergency plans, Covid protocols and access to the Restrata Platform to meet safety and contractual requirements.

Restrata developed bespoke Emergency Response plans and deployed a 24/7 Incident Management team, Relative Response and HR Meet and Greet services, plus ad-hoc Covid training for duty managers and family liaison representatives.
