KEO International Consultants, acting as design and construction supervision consultant for the major redevelopment of Doha’s zoo into a seven‑times‑larger safari park with three hotels and a planned 7* facility, needed comprehensive, early-stage security planning to manage complex risks across a multi-year masterplan. They appointed Restrata to deliver Security Master Plan, Threat & Risk Assessment, Detailed Design and Security Strategy services to ensure security was embedded cost‑effectively into the project from the outset.

Restrata produced a coordinated suite of deliverables — including a Security Master Plan Review, Security Risk Assessment and Treatment Plan, Security Strategy, scheme and detailed designs developed alongside KEO and the infrastructure and design engineering teams — which embedded security into the masterplan, informed construction-ready designs, and aligned stakeholders.
