Centre of Excellence - Customer Case Study

The Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the General Secretariat to the Executive Council (GSEC) in the UAE needed to assess the leadership performance of selected Executive Directors and to create a reusable assessment process. The CoE engaged Restrata to provide a bespoke assessment and development centre service to evaluate senior leaders and deliver a sustainable assessment framework for future use.

Restrata designed and delivered a multilingual (Arabic/English) assessment programme including cognitive and personality testing, business simulations, competency-based interviews, behavioural observation, one-to-one feedback and full individual and organisational reports. Restrata also handed over all assessment-centre materials and scoring systems aligned to the CoE competency framework, giving the Centre actionable development recommendations and an embedded capability to run future assessments independently.
