NBF Tests Content Marketing in Healthcare Niche

National Business Furniture (NBF) was looking to strengthen its presence in the healthcare market and better educate prospects on key purchasing topics, while also generating more qualified sales leads. To do this, NBF engaged Responsory to help launch a content marketing pilot focused on healthcare buyers and the specifying and selection process.

Responsory developed a customized content marketing workflow and created healthcare-focused assets including white papers, trend articles, landing pages, an interactive visual guide, and a Slideshare presentation. The program gave NBF a reusable content library for blogs, email, social media, and its ecommerce site, while the white papers began generating highly qualified leads and supporting the sales team in the field.
