EyeMed Vision Care turned to Responsory with a difficult challenge: reach recent retirees of a select employer and promote their vision benefits, even though EyeMed had no customer or prospect list, and no names, addresses, or IP data to target. Responsory used its Smart Zones digital advertising platform and related digital/web services to identify and build the audience from scratch.

Responsory then optimized ad placement and timing, created retiree-focused banner creative, and added a self-select landing page to verify audience fit. Over an 8-week campaign, Responsory delivered a 0.13% click-through rate, and 64% of clickers confirmed they were retirees of the participating company, demonstrating that the campaign successfully reached the intended audience.
