Arizona’s Uninsured Warm up to New CO-OP

Meritus Health Partners, Arizona’s only CO-OP, wanted to boost brand awareness and engagement during its second ACA period by reaching uninsured prospects interested in healthy lifestyles and alternative health care options. Meritus worked with Responsory, using its Smart Zones digital advertising services, to better target and connect with the right audience.

Responsory used proprietary profiling and modeling, along with demographic and lifestyle filters, to run a cookie-free Smart Zones campaign with tailored banner ads and a matching landing page. The three-month enrollment campaign delivered a clickthrough rate nearly double the insurance industry average, and conversions from form submissions and phone calls exceeded Meritus’s expectations.
