ACA Enrollment Campaign Earns A Healthy 71% Click To Conversion Rate

InHealth Mutual, a nonprofit health insurer and Ohio CO-OP, needed to build awareness and drive enrollment among millennials and young families across all 88 Ohio counties. Using Responsory’s Smart Zones digital/web platform, the campaign aimed to increase landing page traffic, boost engagement, and test creative while encouraging users to find a broker or get an online quote.

Responsory ran a 3.5-month campaign split between pre-enrollment brand awareness and enrollment promotion. The results included a 0.09% CTR and 39% click-to-conversion rate in the pre-heat phase, followed by 0.11% to 0.14% CTR and an average 71% click-to-conversion rate during enrollment, meaning 7 in 10 ad clicks led to a quote request.
