Effective Coverage Insurance, a medium-traffic insurance website operating across 32 states online and additional states via agent assistance, wanted to reduce hold times, improve customer perception, and make it easier for prospects and policyholders to reach an agent. To solve this, they looked for a more flexible contact option than calling the toll-free number and needed something that could work across both their WordPress site and custom quote platform. ResponseiQ’s callback widget was the product used.
ResponseiQ implemented an easy, one-line-code callback widget that let visitors request an immediate or scheduled call, choose a preferred time, and receive real-time notifications to agents. The results were strong: on one day, 30 of 349 inbound calls came through ResponseiQ and generated $5,550 in new written premium, while over the most recent 30 days the widget appeared on 98,558 page visits, produced 638 opens and 496 call requests, and helped reach customers who would not have called or held on the phone. Effective Coverage also reported shorter hold times, improved customer satisfaction, and better agent productivity thanks to ResponseiQ.
