The goal was to create a system with a daily symptom check-in patients would consistently use, paired with a clinician dashboard that automatically surfaces the highest-risk cases for early intervention.

Resourcifi designed and built the HGE Healthcare platform as native iOS and Android apps. The solution features a quick ninety-second daily check-in for patients, a real-time risk dashboard that color-codes patient status for clinicians, and automated alerting that triggers a telehealth visit when symptoms trend negatively. This build resulted in 92% of patients avoiding or reducing ER visits, alongside significant improvements in patient quality of life and COPD understanding.
