Foyle Food Group, a meat processing group operating four separate facilities with capacity for 200,000 cattle per year and an annual energy spend in excess of €6M, needed detailed insight into water (and electricity) use to drive reductions. ResourceKraft was engaged to provide an Energy Monitoring and Targeting (eM&T) solution after the group CEO prioritized granular visibility across sites.

ResourceKraft implemented an eM&T system monitoring electricity, water and temperature points, integrating existing meters, creating KPIs and custom reports, and delivering management and public factory-floor dashboards with role-based access for 35 users. The deployment enabled cost apportionment and behavioral change-driven reductions, produced a 50% cut in water use at one plant, and delivered a complete return on investment within the first year.
