ReSource Pro created a structured triage process and auto-decline rules based on underwriter instructions, distribution channel, geography, lines of business, and industry, transforming the workflow from “submit-to-quote” to “submit-to-triage” and “triage-to-quote.” As a result, review time dropped from days to 24 hours, about 35% of submissions were declined or routed to other teams, and nearly 100% of the business underwriters did see was quotable. The carrier also improved efficiency by more than 35%.
