PRO Sports Club - Customer Case Study

PRO Sports Club, a leading fitness center with locations in Seattle, Redmond and Bellevue, engaged The Resource Group in 2003 to solve fragmented business systems and implement a comprehensive inventory-tracking and business application environment. The club adopted Microsoft solutions including Microsoft Dynamics GP (Business Portal), Microsoft Office SharePoint Server and Microsoft SQL Server to replace disparate applications and improve access to finance, HR and inventory data.

The Resource Group implemented a Web-based SharePoint Business Portal integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP and SQL Server, standardizing processes and centralizing reporting. As a result, PRO Sports Club gained increased controls, smoother system integration, enhanced reporting and greater accounting productivity; the solution scaled through rapid growth (adding about 200 employees since 2006) while maintaining faster, more accurate internal processes.
