A Resonance Case Study
The National Museum of Computing, a museum housing the world's largest collection of working historic computers, sought to raise its public profile and increase awareness of its exhibits and events to drive visitor numbers. It approached the vendor Resonance for public relations and press services to meet this challenge.
Resonance implemented a sustained PR campaign that secured significant media coverage for the museum's events and announcements. This included announcing honorary fellowships, securing press and TV coverage for the ZX Spectrum's 40th anniversary, and launching the new £50 note featuring Alan Turing in collaboration with Snapchat and the Bank of England. Over two years, Resonance secured numerous pieces of coverage and multiple TV and radio interviews for the museum, successfully raising its public profile.
