SC Ventures partnered with Resolver to support Autumn, a fintech start-up powered by Standard Chartered, as it tackled a manual and time-consuming risk and compliance process. Autumn was managing risk registers and control testing in spreadsheets, making version control, approvals, record keeping, and audit trails difficult to maintain.

Resolver implemented a new GRC tool to automate assessing, recording, testing, and reporting risks and controls. Working closely with SC Ventures from day one, Resolver helped define requirements, test the solution, and automate reporting. The result was a fit-for-purpose digital system that reduced manual work, improved compliance management, and positioned Autumn as a pioneer in modern GRC operations for SC Ventures’ fintech portfolio.
