Raytheon Company, a global defense and aerospace leader with 68,000 employees, needed a unified way to track and report security incidents to meet strict customer and regulatory requirements (NISPOM, UL 2050). Fragmented, business‑specific incident tracking prevented enterprise‑wide trending, timely response, and consistent nomenclature — limiting Raytheon’s ability to detect threats, demonstrate compliance, and measure security costs.
Raytheon deployed Resolver’s Perspective across its businesses, forming an 18‑person enterprise team to standardize terms, workflows and training while enabling dispatching, automated workflows and advanced analysis. The centralized system (now used by ~150 users) improved trend detection and reporting, helped reduce NISPOM violations, enabled cost and asset‑theft tracking, strengthened customer communications, and delivered measurable time and cost savings as the rollout continues.
