London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) is one of Canada’s largest acute-care teaching hospitals, operating multiple facilities in London, Ontario with roughly 10,000 employees and 3.5 million square feet of space. Its security team of about 70 front-line officers handled roughly 8,000 incidents a year, previously relying on handwritten notes and Excel logs, which created inefficiencies in tracking, dispatch and reporting.

LHSC implemented Resolver Perspective (Activity Tracking & Dispatch, Incident Reporting, Investigation & Case Management), with internal configuration and staff training, to centralize incident data and dispatch. The system gave guards searchable, real-time information (names, locations, histories) for radio calls, sped up officer dispatch, and produced reliable statistics for Emergency Measures and Joint Health & Safety Committees—significantly improving situational awareness and incident management.
