How the Panama Canal’s Manzanillo International Terminal is Putting the Customer at the Center of Corporate Security

Manzanillo International Terminal (MIT) is a major marine logistics terminal on the Atlantic side of the Panama Canal handling over 2.7 million TEU and Ro‑Ro cargo. MIT’s Corporate Security team needed to keep people, equipment and customer cargo safe, but key incident and risk data were scattered in spreadsheets, making it difficult to see trends, assess risks and make timely decisions.
