How the CAA Club Group of Companies uses Resolver to Improve Resiliency

The CAA Club Group of Companies (CCG) — serving 2.2 million members with about 1,400 employees across 35 retail locations — needed to build a business continuity program from scratch. Martin Gierczak, CCG’s Business Continuity Manager, was managing 79 Excel-based BIAs and many manual, ad-hoc processes that were inefficient, hard to keep current, and unsustainable for a geographically dispersed organization that experienced multiple operational incidents in 2018.
