Farm Credit Canada (FCC), a federal lender to Canadian farmers, faced an inefficient and fragmented risk process: 75 Risk Control Self‑Assessments were tracked in a 75‑sheet Excel file on SharePoint, requiring repeated quarterly attestations, duplicated requests from different risk teams, long reporting cycles and stalled treatment plans that delivered little actionable insight.

FCC moved to Resolver’s configurable, no‑code GRC platform with the guiding principles “ask once, report multiple times” and a simple user experience, piloting process changes before build‑out.
