Baptist Health South Florida manages 75,000 security related activities each year with Perspective

Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) is the region’s largest faith-based, not‑for‑profit health system, operating nine entities and handling high volumes of security activity across hospitals and specialty centers. Leadership found their incumbent incident system could not meet security needs for dispatch, investigations, integration or future mobility and needed a single, standardized platform to capture, route and analyze security incidents across the enterprise.

BHSF selected Resolver’s Perspective (Activity Tracking & Dispatch, Incident Reporting, Investigation & Workflow Management) through an RFP and implemented it in about six months, training 300 users. Perspective now processes roughly 1,500 activities per week (≈100 incidents), standardizes reporting and workflows, improves trend analysis and policy enforcement (e.g., Ebola tracking), supports staffing and budgeting decisions, and has received uniformly positive feedback while paving the way for further integrations and a mobile officer pilot.
