HTC, a South Carolina communications provider, needed a better way to manage network outages during severe weather. Its Emergency Operations Center had to pull data from many interfaces and manually check equipment to understand which sites had lost power, which generators were available, and where service restoration should be prioritized.
HTC implemented Resolve Systems’ Resolve Actions to automate network health checks, diagnostic testing, dashboards, maps, and KPI reporting. The company says it can now make data-driven emergency decisions faster, deploy resources more efficiently, and create detailed monthly reports in just a few minutes, with tasks that once took hours now completed every five minutes.
