Great Alaska Adventures, an award-winning operator of adventure lodges in Alaska, Costa Rica and Mexico, faced a labor-intensive, legacy reservation process built on a Windows/Access/Outlook setup that required manual data entry, lacked automatic emails, and didn’t connect reservations to operations or reporting. After evaluating options, Great Alaska Adventures selected RESMARK Systems’ tour-operator reservation and marketing software following a presentation at the Adventure Travel World Summit.
