Flagstaff Snow Park, a winter recreation business in Flagstaff, Arizona, faced the challenge of moving up to 70,000 seasonal visitors through traditional onsite ticket windows without creating long lines or delays. To improve the customer experience and manage high demand, the park turned to RESMARK Systems and its online booking system, along with WaiverSign for digital waivers.
Using RESMARK Systems, guests could reserve tubing and slope access online two to five days in advance and complete waivers digitally before arrival. The park added kiosks for online customers to speed check-in, and the results were significant: lines that once backed up with 50+ people were reduced to just 10–15 on the busiest days, while more than 42,000 customers used the booking system during the mid-December 2019 to early January 2020 period.
