Wargaming, the global game developer behind World of Tanks and other popular titles, needed a faster and more reliable way to move very large game builds between 20+ offices and development centers. With builds often exceeding 50GB and transfers happening over unreliable network conditions, Wargaming also required centralized tracking, bandwidth control, secure third-party access, and easy integration with its existing workflow.
Wargaming chose Resilio Connect to provide a peer-to-peer file synchronization solution with WAN optimization, web-based management, and API-driven integration with Bitbucket, TeamCity, and Jenkins. Resilio helped speed up large build transfers across 10 geographic locations, improved reliability over poor network links, and made it easier for teams on different continents to collaborate with fine-grained access control and simple operational oversight.
