The Louisiana Alliance for Nonprofits, a capacity-building program for nonprofits across the state, faced the challenge of supporting 125 organizations at vastly different developmental stages with minimal staff. As a one-woman operation, the executive director could not provide 24/7 access to resources or force the collaboration among grantees that was desired. They turned to Resilia's platform and services for a solution.
Resilia provided a hybrid support model combining its online platform with one-on-one coaching and strategic in-person convenings. This solution gave grantees comprehensive, around-the-clock access to expert resources and templates. The partnership resulted in five cohorts completing the program, with clear data showing that organizations engaging with Resilia's tools made the most progress. The model successfully fostered organic collaboration and scaled personalized support, strengthening nonprofits to be more strategic and sustainable statewide.
