They scraped and analyzed 18,176 reviews of famous artworks using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to quantify the "expectation vs. reality" gap in art tourism. This provocative angle, ranking the world's most disappointing masterpieces, earned coverage in top-tier media like The Guardian and NPR. The campaign secured 510 linking root domains and had a real-world impact, prompting the Louvre's Director and French President Emmanuel Macron to announce plans to re-house the Mona Lisa.
